We accept all types of payments – card, cash, bank transfer, and more. Whatever works best for you.

We’re available every day from 6 AM to 10 PM. Early mornings or late drop-offs? No problem.

We don’t store or keep any personal data. The info you give is only used to complete your booking.

Once payment is made, your job is confirmed. We’ll send a driver to you as agreed – no delays, no stress.

• We’ll help with loading, transporting, and unloading.
   
• Make sure your items are packed and ready unless you booked packing help.
   
• If we’re kept waiting more than 15 minutes, we may charge extra.
   
• We’re not responsible for any damage to items that weren’t packed properly or not mentioned when booking.

Need to cancel? Just let us know at least 12 hours before your booking. Late cancellations may have a small fee to cover driver time.

We handle your stuff with care, but we can’t take responsibility for things that aren’t packed securely or weren’t mentioned ahead of time.

Need a van today? We do same-day jobs when possible – just message or call us early to check availability.
